confession no. 1

i am a fat ass.

this isn't news to me.

its something that i know,

and totally obsess about, really.

however, until i see an actual picture of me, it is what it is.

because looking in the mirror, i see pretty eyes. cute hair. nice clothes.
i don't see the actual jelly belly, the gross gut. the chins.

i hate pictures.
full-view-of-myself-pictures; they suck.

but honesty can be ugly sometimes. & i need that.
